1. What is the amount that I need to pay for the invoice customization?
We charge RM500 for both options, submitting your own design and having our in-house designers design for you.
2. How to make payment for this offer?
We receive online transfer or Debit/Credit card only.

a. Debit/Credit Card

Fill up the form with an upload of your design (if any) and we will contact you

b. Online transfer

We receive online transfer (select IBG) to our bank account (Maybank Berhad Vectory Innovation Sdn Bhd 514196665617). Kindly fill up the form after your payment. Our customer support will contact you within 3 working days. Don’t forget to upload the payment slip.

3. If the design and set up takes more than a day, what happens?
We advise you to follow our timeline listed above. Any late charges may apply.
